Served as Consortium Partner supporting African and Southeast Asian national partners in structuring strategic planning processes for One Health capacity building across 16 countries. Helped multisectoral partners develop organizational capacity assessments, cost sharing plans, diversified funding and financial sustainability plans, governance models, business and operational plans, and standards for service delivery and risk communication for outbreak response.
Supported national teams in developing, operationalizing, and evaluating strategic priorities related to emerging infectious diseases and responding to country-specific COVID-19 health threats. Engaged university partners, national laboratory partners, and Ministries of Public Health, Animal Health, and Environment.
As Consortium Partner, provided technical assistance to the Africa One Health University Network (AFROHUN) and Southeast Asia One Health University Network (SEAOHUN) for workforce development, curriculum integration, and sustainability planning.
Supported fee-based Continuing Professional Development training platforms and country-level capacity building across multiple technical areas.
Managed improvements to AfOHNet operations for STEP Prime Contractor, including website enhancements, digital tools for e-services, membership tracking, and social media presence.
Led planning and implementation of the AfOHNet Inaugural Workshop 2022 in Accra, Ghana — convening 180+ multisectoral participants. Established the foundation for AfOHNet's transition to NGO status.
Conducted risk assessment and disease profiling for Guinea and Uganda as pilot projects under the African Risk Capacity for Outbreak and Pandemic Response.
